3.8 - Keep your spaces tidy
Both digital and physical. A cluttered workspace produces a cluttered mind, and the inverse is also true. The few minutes a day it takes to tidy up earn themselves back many times over.
The categories worth keeping clean:
- Desktop (zero files on it, ideally)
- Folders (organized, named, findable)
- Notes (filed where you can search)
- Browser tabs (close them; you can find them again)
- Dock and home screen (only what you actually use)
- Physical desk, room, car
Tidiness isn't aesthetic. It's a way of keeping your environment from costing you attention.
